Who we are

Bait Shop LLC (“Bait Shop”, “we”) is an AI and automation consultancy. This policy describes what information we collect through baitshop.co and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you use our forms (contact, network applications, seed fund applications) or our AI tools (the Quick Signal scanner and the AI Backlog Generator), we store what you provide — such as your name, email, company details, and website URL — so we can deliver the service and follow up.
• Usage analytics. We run privacy-first, self-hosted analytics: page views, referrer, browser type, approximate country, and a random session identifier stored in your browser's session storage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data.
• Cookies. We only set cookies for administrative sign-in to our own dashboard. Public pages do not set tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To generate the analyses and reports you request
• To respond to inquiries and applications
• To understand how the site is used and improve it

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Sanity (content), Resend (transactional email), and AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) that process content you submit to our AI tools in order to generate results. We share only what is needed to provide the service.

Retention & your choices

Generated reports expire and are removed on a schedule. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, or have any questions about this policy, contact us and we'll take care of it.
