Join The Network
Bait Shop runs on a network of senior practitioners, not a bench of full-time staff. This enables our enterprise grade capabilities at startup speed. We bring together the top 1% of software, AI, and ML talent: people doing exceptional work at leading companies who want to contribute to interesting, high-leverage projects on the side. Every role is remote, async-first, and flexible. If you are already great at what you do and want to do more of it, here are skills we need.
Open Roles
What You'll Do
- •Own the roadmap for innovation projects. Prioritize features against company goals and real user needs.
- •Ship production-quality apps, automations, and integrations connecting APIs, MCPs, and platforms into workflows that hold up.
- •Talk to users, study workflows, and make the new way so easy nobody misses the old way.
- •Ship working software fast, instrumented for usage and outcomes. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
- •Contribute to a small, distributed team through clear written communication, documented decisions, and artifacts over meetings.
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Vercel deployments
- •Prior work integrating LLMs into production products
