Builds and maintains Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse solutions inside client M365 tenants. The person who makes the Microsoft ecosystem do what it is supposed to do, including its AI capabilities.
What you'll do
Day-to-day
Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) for client automation use cases: HR milestone notifications, onboarding sequences, safety compliance workflows, and field data routing.
Design and build canvas and model-driven apps in Power Apps for field crews, office staff, and management.
Deploy and configure Copilot Studio agents: conversational AI in Teams and SharePoint grounded on client SOPs and knowledge bases.
Use AI Builder for document processing, form intelligence, and prediction models inside Power Platform.
Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
Set up and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles.
Integrate across the M365 ecosystem: Teams, Outlook, Forms, Excel, and Azure OpenAI connectors.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for reliability and performance.
Document solutions with clear SOPs so client teams can maintain them independently.
What we're looking for
You should
Deep, hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online administration.
Experience with Copilot Studio or willingness to ramp quickly on conversational AI agent design within M365.
Understand Dataverse schema design, security roles, and environment management.
Can configure solutions that meet enterprise permission and governance requirements.
Comfortable working in client tenants with least-privilege access controls.
Communicate clearly in writing. Async teams run on good documentation, not meetings.
Have worked in a consultancy, agency, or small-team environment where you owned delivery end to end.

Bonus points
Experience with AI Builder document processing or Azure AI Document Intelligence
Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions as extensions of Power Platform
Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboard delivery
Exposure to ALM practices for Power Platform (solution packaging, environment strategy)
Background in construction, manufacturing, or operations-heavy industries
