What you'll do
Day-to-day
Configure and maintain integrations across enterprise and SaaS platforms using Azure Functions, Power Automate custom connectors, Zapier, Make, and API-level connections.
Build reusable API integration layers between ERP systems (Viewpoint Vista, Sage, Procore) and M365 or other target platforms.
Run data quality audits: identify completeness gaps, inconsistent codes (phase codes, job setup standards), and field mapping mismatches across systems.
Execute data remediation projects: standardize records, deduplicate, normalize, and prepare data foundations before automation builds.
Set up, clean, migrate, and structure data inside CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and operational tools.
Build and manage automation workflows for intake, routing, notifications, and follow-up sequences.
Document integration logic, data flows, and data quality standards so client teams understand what connects to what and why.
QA your own work: verify data integrity after migrations, test automations under real-world conditions.
What we're looking for
You should
A platform power user. You can jump into a SaaS tool or ERP system you have never used and figure out its API, automation, and import capabilities quickly.
Hands-on experience with API-level integrations, not just no-code connectors. Comfortable with Azure Functions, custom connectors, and REST APIs.
Understand data quality at a practical level: what clean data looks like, how it gets dirty, and how to remediate it without losing information.
Have worked with ERP or operational systems where data integrity directly impacts financial reporting, compliance, or automation reliability.
Detail-oriented and methodical. You test before you ship, and you document what you build.
Write clearly. You will often hand off documented workflows and data standards to client teams who need to maintain them.
Comfortable working independently in an async-first environment.
Nice to have
Bonus points
Experience with Viewpoint Vista, Procore, HCSS, or similar construction/operations ERP systems
Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors in the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience with data enrichment or scraping platforms (Clay, Apify, or similar)
Comfort with scripting (JavaScript, Python) for edge-case data transformations
Experience in a consultancy or agency environment supporting multiple clients in parallel
